Minimum Qualifications

• Certification as a police officer in a Missouri First Class County with a Class A P.O.S.T. License, or current enrollment in an academy program that awards such certification
• High School graduate or possess a G.E.D.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• No felony or serious misdemeanor convictions
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Excellent physical and mental condition
• Must be 21 years of age on or before the date of appointment
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
