Chief of Police
The Pierce City Police Department is now accepting applications for a full time police officer. As a member of the department, you will be responsible for answering calls for service, community policing, and investigating criminal activity. Our community is experiencing growth and our department is on the move, developing new and exciting opportunities for a safe and welcoming community. We welcome those new to law enforcement, prior military, and prior law enforcement. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain Missouri POST certification and be in good health and ability to pass a background check. Qualified applicants should be at least 21 years of age and possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Minimum Qualifications
POST certified officer with at minimum a high school diploma. Associates degree or college education preferred.
